Cleaning and courier service
Receiving reservations for common facilities (guest rooms, visitor parking lots, etc.)
Receiving of problems from residents.
（Receives problems from residents (handles problems with the management staff and management company)
Sending and receiving e-mails from the management company
Printing and posting notices
Prepare daily reports

Shifts from Monday to Sunday.
