▼Job Responsibilities
This position is for an offset color printing press operator.
Senior supervisors will train the operators according to the instruction curriculum so that they can operate the machine by themselves within 3 months.
We can also introduce a system to increase or decrease salary based on our personnel evaluation system.
The more multi-skilled you are and the more training you complete, the more you will be evaluated. However, you can choose to not adopt this system.
▼Salary
Basic salary 160,000 yen
Perfect attendance allowance 2,000 yen
* Transportation allowance (up to 15,000 yen/month)
* Overtime work allowance paid as required by law
* Payment is made at the end of the month, closing on the 20th.
▽Part-time
Hourly wage: 910 yen～
* As you learn to use the machinery, it will increase, e.g. +100 yen , + 200 yen
* 4 days a week or more

Full-time regular work hours: 8:30～17:40 (including 80-minute break).
Employees are required to work according to the company calendar, but it is possible to schedule time off on Saturdays.
