【Kitchen Staff】
・Ingredient purchasing and foodstuff management
・Ingredient preparation
・Cooking various dishes, serving, and final check before serving
・Washing dishes and cooking utensils
・Kitchen hygiene and utensil management
・Cooking instruction for part-time and casual staff
・We will assign tasks according to your skills and experience, so you can improve your skills at your own pace.
【Hall staff】
・Opening the store (cash register preparation, cleaning, etc.)
・Table setting
・Guiding customers and serving them
・Order confirmation, serving and setting down of food, and other hall duties
・Cashiering
・Answering the phone
・Making drinks
・Closing work (closing the cash register, cleaning work, etc.)
・Training part-time staff
・Depending on your motivation and ability, we may even entrust you with the management of the store.
