Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Sales and new business development related to inbound travel to Japan, with a focus on Europe and the U.S. markets

Specifically, sales to HIS overseas branches and agents handling BtoB in each country,
Sales to HIS overseas branches and B to B agents in each country.
Receive quotations, arrangements (hotels, restaurants, optional tours, etc.), procurement, and negotiations from HIS overseas branches and BtoB agents in each country for inbound travel to Japan.
Selection, management and evaluation of suppliers (hotels, buses, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.)
Groups, MICE projects, and VIP escort services
Promotion of local community awareness in cooperation with local governments, etc.

*All communication with overseas is basically in English.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 220,000 yen and up (Preferential treatment will be given according to skills and experience)

Transportation expenses will be paid separately (up to 50,000 yen/month)
Overtime work will be paid in full.
Salary increase once (February)
Bonus twice a year (July and December)
Regional allowance (20,000 yen/month for those who live in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, or Chiba)

Basically, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are off.

Average working hours per day: 8 hours (1 hour break)
