This job is to guide vehicles and people safely through construction sites and event venues using flags and gestures.

▼Salary
■Trial period (6 months)
・Day shift 10,000 yen (9,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation)
・Night shift: 12,000 yen (11,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation)
*Payable on the 25th of the following month after the end of the month.

■After probationary period
・Day shift 9,000 yen + transportation expenses + allowance
・Night shift: 11,000 yen + transportation + allowance
*Payable on the 25th of the following month after the end of the month.

■Allowance
・Allowance: 60,000 yen (subject to regulations)
・Allowance amount: ~5,000 yen
*Allowance is paid from the end of the probationary period.
*Allowance and amount to be paid will be determined based on the individual's ability and work attitude.

★Example of salary★
50s / Less than 1 year with the company / 300,000 yen/monthly salary
If you work hard, it will be evaluated and reflected in your salary!

For example,
Suppose you work day shift for 26 days a month!
If you work more than 16 days, your allowance will reflect that.

26 days - 16 days = 10 days
10 days x 100 yen = 1,000 yen
Day shift 9,000 yen + 1,000 yen allowance = 10,000 yen
26 days x 10,000 yen = 260,000 yen

In the case of 20 workdays
20 days - 16 days = 4 days
4 days x 100 yen = 400 yen
9,000 yen per day shift + 400 yen allowance = 9,400 yen
20 days x 9,400 yen = 188,000 yen

Allowance increases as your work increases.

【Working days】
At least 1 day a week

【Working hours】
・Day shift: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours)
・Night shift: 21:00 - 6:00 (8 hours)

・Morning half shift: 8:00~12:00
・Afternoon half: 13:00~17:00
