Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
The Community Associate will improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and hospitality.
As the face of Regus, you will have a range of responsibilities, including sales and customer support.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

【Receptionist】
・Answering phone calls
・Guiding customers and guests

【Secretarial duties】
・Setting meetings and appointments
・Organize community events

【Administrative work】
・Data entry
・Contract renewal procedures
・Receiving, sorting, and redirecting daily emails
・Overlook the Open Offices (unattended offices)

Although you will be hired as a community associate, the countless opportunities for internal recruitment within the company will allow you to keep growing your career and challenge yourself to new positions. We have many employees who have joined the company with no prior experience, and worked to become team leaders and managers.

▼Salary
The basic salary (paid monthly) is calculated as 1/12 of the annual salary.

Salary varies based on location (see bellow for details):
⚫️ Tokyo 23 wards, Yokohama ... 3.5 million yen/year
⚫️ Osaka, Nagoya, Kyoto, Kobe ... 3.2 million yen/year
⚫️ Fukuoka, Shizuoka ... 3 million yen/year
⚫️ Okinawa ... 2.5 million ~ 2.8 million yen/year
⚫️ Other areas ... 2.8 million ~ 3 million yen/year

* Transportation expenses covered (A commuter pass will be provided)
* Salary re-evaluation once a year in April
* Commissions: 4 times a year (depending on performance)
* Overtime pay provided
