Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to respond to customer inquiries and provide gentle support in times of need. Assist in the operation of hotels and private accommodations to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay.

Customer Support】】
Respond to inquiries from customers by phone or e-mail.
・Operation of reservation management systems (Airbnb, etc.)
∙ Troubleshooting and problem solving for guests and facilities
∙ Assist with room reservations and handle changes.
∙ Check that rooms are clean and tidy.
∙ Think up new suggestions and discuss them with everyone.

▼Salary
250,000-300,000 yen per month (6-month probationary period)
*The annual salary offered may increase depending on skills and experience.
*Annual salary is expected to be 3 million yen to 3.6 million yen, with a bonus of approximately 2 months.

A: 8:00-17:00
B: 9:00-18:00
C: 10:00-19:00
D: 11:00 to 20:00
Shifts can be selected from any of the above.
Overtime: 0~1 hour (Basically, overtime is within 30 minutes!)

More than 120 days off per year
104 days + paid vacations (10 days in the first year) + 16 days of adjustment leave

◎After training in an office 4 minutes walk from Ebisu station, full remote application (in some cases, full remote application from the beginning)

We will determine your ability and other factors during an interview.
The first 3 months (probationary period) will be spent at the Ebisu office.
If you do not live in Tokyo and cannot come to the office, training will be provided via Zoom.
