▼Job Responsibilities
【Sales Assistant】
- Using PowerPoint, create simple meeting materials and plans.
- With Excel, input numbers, create and organize tables.
- Write messages that everyone can understand using Word.
- To ensure meetings run smoothly, prepare the room and set up Zoom.
- Compile the discussion topics and order (agenda) for meetings.
- Search the web for important information and share it with everyone.
- Check the office for necessary supplies and order them if something is lacking.
- If you receive a phone call, answer it with a smile and connect the caller to the responsible person.
In the future, there may be opportunities to speak with people from other countries, so language skills, including English, can be utilized. As a fun team member, support the sales team and aim for success together.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is from 1,500 yen to 1,650 yen.
For reference, the monthly salary will be more than 232,500 yen.
Your salary may increase depending on your skills.
Overtime work is about 10 hours per month, and overtime pay is provided.
