▼Job Responsibilities
[Cooking Assistant / Apprentice]
- Prepare dishes using fresh fish delivered daily from the market
- Assist chef in serving delicious dishes to our customers
- Learn cooking techniques and skills in a friendly atmosphere
We are looking for those who:
- Aspire to be sushi chefs or are interested in the cuisine
- Are motivated and have a positive attitude towards learing
- Value teamwork
- Are new to the industry -- we will provide training!
▼Salary
- In the case of full-time employees, salary start from 260,000 yen to 350,000 yen per month
- Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours (57,000 yen), and there is a 3-month training period
- Salary review after the training period
- Transportation expenses are paid according to regulations
- Housing allowance of up to 15,000 yen per month (Including transportation)
- Bonus twice a year (after one year of work)
- Salary increase opportunities once a year

Fixed overtime pay includes 45 hours, amounting to 57,000 yen

1〜2 days (around 8 days per month) + 1 late afternoon shift per week. (One of the days Wednesday or Saturday
Restaurant is closed on Sunday (in cases where Sunday is a national holiday, the store will be closed the following Monday)
- New Year holidays (5 to 7 days)
- Summer vacation
- Golden Week holidays (in May)
- Silver Week holidays (in September)
