They prepare dishes and hand them over to the FOH staff.

Prepare and stock food in the back kitchen,
▼Salary
- 1,200 to 1,400 yen per hour
- Hourly wage increases by 25% after 10:00 p.m.
- Overtime pay
- Example of monthly income: approx. 78,000{} yen for 3 workdays per week, approx. 196,000{} yen for 5 workdays per week
- Hourly wage varies depending on working hours (up to 1,750 yen)
- Transportation expenses up to 15,000 yen per month
