▼Job Responsibilities
As a store manager candidate (assistant store manager), you will be responsible for the operation and management of delivery specialty stores such as "Gin no Sara" (home-delivery sushi) and "Kamatora" (home-delivery Kamameshi), staff management, and sales promotion.
Specifically, you will be responsible for sales management, foodstuff management and purchasing, staff recruitment, training and management, and sales promotion planning.
*This is a delivery-focused business, so there are no customers visiting the store in person
Our part-time staff primarily handle tasks such as food preparation, deliveries, and phone calls
▼Organizational Structure
Each store has 2 employees (manager and assistant manager) and about 30 part-timers.
The two-person staff ensures that there is a solid follow-up system in place in the event of any problems.
▼Career Path
Many of our employees are promoted to assistant managers within 1~2 years of joining the company. Age is not an issue at all, and it is possible to become a manager in one's 20s.
▼Salary
Annual salary 3,480,000 yen ~ 5,500,000 yen
* Includes fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month) / Overtime pay for overtime work exceeding the fixed amount will be paid additionally

* Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month)
【Annual Salary Examples】
Store Manager: 4,000,000 - 5,000,000 yen / year (monthly salary + store manager allowance + incentives)
Supervisor: 4,500,000 - 5,500,000 yen / year (monthly salary + store manager allowance + incentives)

Shifts between 9:00-22:00

- 2 days off per week (shifts are required for holidays) / 112 days off per year
- Paid vacations: 10 to 20 days per year (after 6 months of employment)
