Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Store Manager Candidate

The candidate will be responsible for the following duties at an izakaya located in Sangenjaya.
- Training and managing staff.
- Manage shifts, food inventory, and sanitation.
- Manage sales, cooking, hall operations, and other general store operations.

▼Salary
- The monthly salary ranges from 320,000 yen to 430,000 yen. The salary is determined based on experience and the annual income of the previous year, and it includes the expected incentives.
- There are salary increases 12 times a year, and depending on the evaluation, an increase of 15,000 yen to 20,000 yen is possible every month.
- The fixed overtime pay ranges from 67,000 yen to 78,000 yen per month for 45 hours of fixed overtime. If the fixed overtime hours are exceeded, overtime pay will be provided separately.
- Bonuses are paid depending on the performance.
- Transportation expenses are provided, up to 35,000 yen per month.
- There are allowances such as a large bonus and incentive schemes.
