▼Job Responsibilities
【General Staff】
This job involves working at a ramen restaurant and helping make the store lively and enjoyable.
* Guide customers and take orders.
* Cook and serve ramen.
* Prepare ingredients and wash cooking utensils.
【Senior Staff】
This is an important role where you support the staff to help improve the store.
* Create shift schedules.
* Train part-time staff and new staff on their duties.
* Also handle general staff duties.
▼Salary
Base salary is ¥190,000.
A separate allowance of ¥25,000 is provided for meal and regional allowances.
Overtime allowance is ¥48,000 for 30 hours per month.
Bonuses are paid twice a year, and the previous year’s actual bonus amount was ¥50,000.
