▼Job Responsibilities
[Care Attendant (Caregiver) Wanted]
We provide support so that older adults can live with peace of mind.
The specific job duties are as follows.
- We provide support for daily living.
- We provide assistance with meals and bathing.
- We also provide emotional support by being there to listen.
▼Salary
[Hourly Wage] 1,590 yen to 1,650 yen
(Includes the Allowance for Improved Treatment of Care Workers, etc.; Wage Improvement Implementation Period: September 2026–June 2027)
*We plan to provide an update regarding the period following the end of the program as soon as details are finalized.
Care Staff Treatment Improvement Allowance: Additional hourly wage: 190–250 yen/hour
Payments are made according to one of the following three categories, based on the length of time the Care Welfare Specialist certification has been held:
(B) Those who have not yet obtained the Certified Care Worker license (but hold either the Initial Training or Practical Training certification) or those who obtained the license within the last 3 years: 190 yen per hour
(A) More than 3 years but 7 years or less since obtaining the Certified Care Worker license: 220 yen per hour
(S) More than 7 years since obtaining Certified Care Worker certification: 250 yen per hour
※Full reimbursement of transportation expenses
