▼Job Responsibilities
We are looking for full and part-time staff for our Itamae Sushi restaurants.
You will be working as the main cast member in the hall and kitchen positions, or as the Itamae chef.

◎Hall Staff
- Welcoming customers
- Handing out hand towels
- Serving food and clearing tables
- Taking orders
- Washing dishes

◎Kitchen staff
- Preparing food
- Placing food onto the plates
* We will teach you how to make sushi if you are truly motivated

▼Salary
◎ Full-time employee
Monthly salary 280,000 yen and up
(Base salary + overtime allowance + late-night allowance + holiday allowance)
* Subject to change due to shift system

◎ Part-time (hall and kitchen staff)
Hourly wage: 1,150 ~ 1,500 yen
* Late-night allowance paid separately
* Transportation expenses will be provided (up to 25,000 yen)
* Cut-off date: 15th of each month, the payment: on the 25th of the month
* Advance payment system available

▼Working Days and Hours
◎ Full-time employee
- Working hours 8 hours between10:00 ~ 22:00 (according to the work shift)
- 2 hours of overtime
- 2 hours of break

◎ Part-time (hall and kitchen staff)
- 3 days a week / 4 hours a day or more required
　Work-based on the work shifts (shifts submitted every 2 weeks)

▼Overtime Details
Approximately 2 hours of overtime per day.

- Weekly holiday system, 6 days off per month
- Up to 3 days off for working on holidays
- Paid holidays
