Our campaign leaders support you on your working days. Please feel free to have a talk time with them about your difficulties or problems you may be facing.
▼ Brush up your Japanese
You do not need to have a JLPT certification, but Business Level of listening, speaking, reading and writing is required since your potential donors are Japanese citizens.
▼ Flexible in working pattern!
You can choose from 3 days a week (12 days a month), 4 days a week (16 days a month), or 5 days a week (21 days a month)!
▼ Chance to have a high income
You have a chance to have a high income (individual performance based incentive and team bonus)... and, a Challenging Base Wage Up system has been newly released.

2nd year: 1,250 yen per hour, 306,000 yen per month
3rd year: 1,350 yen per hour, 340,000 yen per month
Approximate amount calculated on the basis of 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, 4 weeks a month
Kanto Office
1st year: 1,150 yen per hour, 245,000 yen per month
2nd year: 1,300 yen per hour, 315,000 yen per month
3rd year: 1,400 yen per hour, 353,000 yen per month
Approximate amount calculated on the basis of 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, 4 weeks a month

<Contract Renewal>
Initial contract is for 1 month and trial period
There is no difference in salary and benefits.
Contracts are renewed every 3 months for employees who have been with the company for less than 1 year,
Contract renewal every 6 months for those who have been with the company for over 1 year.
There are conditions for renewal when contracts are renewed.
There is an upper age limit for termination of employment.
