▼Job Responsibilities
As a full-time staff of Rocky Kanai operated by Spiceworks Holdings, you will be responsible for the following duties

・Customer service
・Preparing, prepping, and cooking food
・Kitchen operations such as food preparation and serving
・Planning menus, services, and promotional events

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 240,000 yen ～ 400,000 yen (Estimated annual salary: 3,000,000 yen～5,000,000 yen)
Salary will be determined after an interview, taking into consideration experience, skills, etc.

* Transportation expenses (up to 26,000 yen/month)
* Late night allowance
* Overtime allowance (the above amount includes deemed overtime (46 hours/month, 63,000 yen))
* Family allowance (spouse: 10,000 yen/month / 1 child: 5,000 yen/month ※No upper limit for dependents)
* Health promotion allowance (non-smoker: 2,000 yen/month)
* Qualification allowance (Wine sommelier, Sake tasting, Barista, English Proficiency Test Level 1, etc.)
* Incentive payment (based on performance/once a half year, twice a year)

* For working at The Beach Terrace Hotel Ao Ishigaki, monthly salary 225,000 yen - 300,000 yen
